Delivery Time: Generally 2-5 weeks based on demand. Orders are collected from all City of Nanaimo Departments and grouped together for production. When 6 or more items using the same design are in the queue, production moves ahead. 

Shipping: All items ordered will ship to the SARC Building at 411 Dunsmuir Street regardless of the shipping address you enter at checkout. You will be notified when your order is ready for pick-up at the SARC Building. Package will be labelled with your name and department, if provided. 

Return Policy: No returns or exchanges are possible on any items that are customized with a logo. Please consult each item and scroll through pictures to see the size guide to ensure the correct fit.
